RETURN AND MERCHANDISE CREDIT POLICY

Your satisfaction is our priority. Please review the terms and conditions below to determine if your product is eligible for exchange or refund. In case of dissatisfaction and if your product meets all the specified conditions, please contact us at (819) 469-4691. Make sure to have your invoice number handy during the call.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Upon Receipt of Your Order:

Within five (5) days of receiving the products, the customer must inform LOYTEL by email, with acknowledgment of receipt, of any quantity errors compared to the purchase order or invoice. Otherwise, the order will be deemed accepted by the customer.

15 Days:

We will be happy to exchange or refund most items you have purchased within 15 days of receiving your order, at the address provided to LOYTEL during the purchase.

Non-refundable Items:

We regret to inform you that we cannot offer refunds for the following items: perishable products, delivery charges, specially ordered or customized items, and clearance items.

Condition of the Merchandise:

The product must be returned intact (unused) and in its original undamaged packaging. Any incomplete, damaged, or washed returns will be refused. Please note that a credit may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Authorized Merchandise Return Authorization:

No package will be accepted without authorization from a LOYTEL representative. To obtain this authorization, please contact one of our sales representatives at (819) 469-4691. The item must be returned to us within 14 calendar days following the written authorization (by email) from one of our sales representatives.

Refund Method:

Upon receipt of the package and after verifying the item's compliance with our terms and conditions, we will proceed with the refund (allow a maximum of 14 days). For credit card purchases, the refund will be credited to the same Visa or MasterCard used at the time of purchase. An email will inform you of this transaction. Allow some time before your refund appears on your credit card statement. Other refund methods include credit on the customer account, issuance of a refund check, or a bank transfer.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless returning a product due to a delivery error or reported defect within the timeframe authorized by LOYTEL. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the aforementioned cases. The customer is responsible for any losses or damages that may occur during the return transport. Please use an insured transportation service.

Policy Modification Clause:

The conditions and terms of this policy may be changed without prior notice.

Translation Clause:

The conditions and terms of this policy may be translated. In case of a dispute regarding interpretation, the French version will prevail.
