First wash instruction for attach the dye to a fabric
We recommend using the following procedure, but if you are using a commercial fixer, follow the instructions given by the merchant.1. Before washing your fabric in a small batch, be sure to wash colored fabrics separately to avoid any color transfer.
2. Use cold water.
3. Use a detergent that does not contain bleaches or harsh chemicals.
4. When washing the fabric for the first time we suggest adding a cup of white vinegar and a cup of coarse salt with your detergent to your wash tub filled with water. Vinegar and coarse salt help to fix the dye and prevent
color to fade.
